Fix the match rate before service ends

Here's how our match algorithm pairs a check with a reservation. Any dine-in check with a table name is eligible. A check matches a reservation when the tables are the same and the check opens anywhere from 20 minutes before the reservation's start time to 45 minutes after it. If more than one reservation fits, the closest one in time wins, and each reservation takes at most one check.
